- Once the ticket is handled, a confirmation is automatically sent to the superior
- This data can be exported to a report
- Hotline Support Management (HSM) Module
- A sub-systemof the TTT module
- The HSM module manages support calls that are received and creates tags that are used to track the issues
- Knowledgebase/File Management Module
- A platform to input information relevant to the service team
- A standard system that enables the systematic arrangement and presentation of your company’s product and services information
- This platform would allow for knowledge-sharing and information updates
- Product Information Management Module
- This module is used to manage and update the product and services information content
- This would include an easy-to-use template to add, edit and delete product and services information
